Jen graduated from Applied Vocational Training in 2017 and went straight into an exotics-only practice. She completed her Diploma in Veterinary Nursing of Exotic and Zoological species, and a number of Advanced Programmes in avian, small mammals, herpetology and wildlife. While working there for a number of years, she has now discovered her passion for emergency and critical care medicine. When not working, she has two bunnies, Molly and Maple, and a Western Bearded Dragon, Moon. She is also heavily involved in volunteering for a large rabbit rescue group, and hand-rears orphaned neonate bunnies for The Rabbit Nursery, which she started in 2020. Jen mainly works within our after-hours emergency team.
